Background

Rich-mind Training Center (RTC) was established on March 1st 2011 by three co-founders,Mr. Siev Sophal, Mr. Kuy Vat and Mr. Chourn Thou. We established this Center in order to rehabilitate and rebuild our country with the Royal Government of Cambodia. As you will be aware, Cambodia is a developing country that has recently experienced more than two decades of civil war.

RTC visualizes that in order for our country to grow quickly we must have smart entrepreneurs to create more jobs for our people, after which our economy will become much stronger. Other issues we have observed are that Cambodian society is currently facing many problems such as poverty, domestic violence etc. Moreover, some families who have a great deal of wealth are unable to control this wealth forever. This is because they use their wealth in the wrong way and can expect to face an uncertain future.

Richmind Training Center (RTC) will provide new ideas through personal financial education. This process will help Khmer society to change their thinking on wealth and happiness in the future. We want to assist people to deal with real world problems. Therefore, our center shall have our Vision, our Mission, our Goal and our Strategies to help to develop peoples potential:

Philosophy & Vision

We are dedicated to empowering children and families to build prosperous futures through financial literacy education, with experimental and fun learning tools and opportunities. Over time, we are convinced that this approach will empower entrepreneurs, and build stronger communities to have both wealth and happiness. This will play a part to push the Cambodian people out of the poverty trap and bring prosperity for many generations to come.

Mission

We teach by providing solutions for everyday problems, resulting in real world learning experiences. We live and teach the principle of collaboration and cooperation, doing what you say you're going to do, be responsive, and lead by example. Everyone should celebrate everyone wins, and everyone shows an attitude of humility. Our primary goal, to turn 'entitlement' into 'empowerment' within the family unit.
